These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 663bat ("663bat", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the 663bat platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms.

These Terms apply to all 663bat services, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, UFC, and other markets), live casino games, slot games, virtual games, promotional offers, the 663bat loyalty programme, and all financial transactions processed through the platform.

These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

To register and use the 663bat platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 663bat strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Underage gambling is illegal and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of 663bat or its affiliated companies.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 663bat platform.

663bat employs automated and manual age verification checks. Any winnings accrued by a player who is found to be underage will be voided and forfeited. 663bat cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases of underage gambling.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) account only on the 663bat platform. Creating duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.

When registering your 663bat account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.
• Keep your account credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify 663bat immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Update your account information promptly if any details change.

663bat reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time, without prior notice. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 663bat may result in account restriction or closure.

663bat processes all player transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

All funds deposited into your 663bat account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 663bat charges no deposit or withdrawal fees; however, your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own charges, for which 663bat bears no responsibility.

663bat is not responsible for delays in payment processing caused by third-party financial institutions, banking system outages, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

663bat offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other time-limited promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• One bonus per person: Each player is entitled to claim each specific promotion once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using duplicate accounts or different payment methods is prohibited.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Game restrictions: Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate (or not at all) toward the fulfilment of wagering requirements. The specific contribution rates are outlined in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum bet restriction: While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum permitted bet per game round is Rs 2,000, unless a higher limit is explicitly stated in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date. Unclaimed or unused bonuses will be automatically removed from your account upon expiry.

All sports bets placed on the 663bat platform are subject to the following rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled, modified, or voided by the player after placement, except where 663bat's cashout feature is available and active for that market.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets. These limits are displayed on each betting market and may vary by sport, competition, and bet type.
• 663bat reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse bets from any player at its sole discretion, particularly where there are grounds to suspect match-fixing, arbitrage, or bonus abuse.
• In-play betting markets (including ball-by-ball PSL and cricket markets) are subject to availability. 663bat cannot guarantee continuous availability of live markets due to data feed interruptions or third-party provider issues.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds — including pricing errors caused by technical faults or human error — 663bat reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or declared void after less than the specified minimum time of play, 663bat's event-specific rules will determine the outcome of bets placed on that event.

663bat's full sports betting rules for each sport and market type are available within the platform's help section. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with all applicable rules before placing bets.

All casino games available on the 663bat platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and virtual games — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or live-streamed dealer mechanisms, as applicable. All game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by 663bat or the player.

By participating in casino games on 663bat, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The house edge exists on all casino games and is the primary mechanism by which 663bat generates revenue. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.
• Malfunctions of any casino game software — whether caused by a technical fault, server error, or connectivity issue — void all associated bets and pays. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account balance.
• 663bat is not liable for losses incurred due to misunderstanding of game rules. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before wagering real money.
• Certain games may be unavailable in specific regions or during scheduled maintenance windows. 663bat will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 663bat platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or at any other time, including falsifying identity documents submitted for KYC verification.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one 663bat account, whether under your own name or a false identity.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through multi-accounting, coordinated wagering strategies, or other methods designed to circumvent bonus terms.
• Money laundering: Using the 663bat platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of illegally obtained money. 663bat is legally obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant financial intelligence authorities.
• Match-fixing and insider betting: Placing bets based on insider information or in connection with any arrangement to fix or manipulate the outcome of a sporting event.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other game where player interaction affects outcomes.
• Use of automated systems: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform without human input.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider after funds have been deposited and used on 663bat.

663bat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity as described in Section 08.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or instruction from a competent authority.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, 663bat reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If a violation is confirmed, any remaining balance may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their 663bat account may do so by contacting the 663bat support team via live chat. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method after completion of applicable checks.

663bat is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all of its services. We believe that gambling should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment and never become a source of financial distress or personal harm.

663bat provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or publicly display any part of the 663bat platform or its content without prior written consent from 663bat.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any 663bat software.
• Use the 663bat brand name, logo, or any associated marks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without explicit written permission.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the 663bat platform by automated means.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 663bat's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

663bat shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of or damage to data or information.
• Indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from interruptions, delays, or errors in the platform caused by circumstances beyond 663bat's reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, telecommunications failures, government actions, or third-party system outages.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain adequate account security or from unauthorised access to the player's account where 663bat is not at fault.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 663bat's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

663bat collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the 663bat platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Key data practices at 663bat include:

• Personal data is collected for account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes only.
• 663bat does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data is retained for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, and for such additional period as required by applicable law or regulation.

The amended Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notification. Your continued use of the 663bat platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 09.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 663bat holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction.
